ABOUT PERRY LEASK

Perry Leask – born to race!

Perry Leask, the founder of Leask Racing, has motorcycling in his blood. Born into a family deeply rooted in the motorcycle industry, Perry’s father, Brian Leask (known as Luke Collins for his participation in ACU and AMCA events), established himself as an esteemed International motocross rider during the 1950s and 1960s. In the 1970s, Brian became the exclusive UK importer and distributor for Husqvarna and Yamaha motorcycles.

Growing up surrounded by motorcycles, Perry’s connection with the sport began before he could even walk. At the tender age of five, he received his first motocross bike, igniting a passion that would drive him for years to come. By the age of seven, Perry had already embarked on his motocross racing journey. Over the course of three decades, he fearlessly competed on the International motocross circuit, showcasing his skills and determination.

Perry’s prowess on the track was evident, leading him to claim the prestigious title of 6-time British 4-Stroke Motocross Champion. However, his ambitions didn’t stop there. Seeking new challenges, he ventured into the realms of Supermoto and Road Racing, further solidifying his versatility as a rider.

Perry Leask’s extraordinary journey from a young boy riding bikes before he could walk to a celebrated champion across multiple disciplines is a testament to his unwavering dedication and love for the sport. Today, as the founder of Leask Racing Precision Motorcycle Suspension, Perry’s rich background grants him unparalleled expertise in the field of motorcycle suspension.
