I’ve just returned from an 11 days trip to France, to the Massif Central, the Cevennes, the Ardeche, the Vercors, a chunk of the Route des Grandes Alpes, a tiny bit of Switzerland and the Jura. 2,732 miles door to door (London) of fantastic roads and great scenery.
Road maintenance seems to have taken a hit in France, and many roads were much bumpier than expected, including some I’d done before. The picture of my rear tyre (Michelin Road 5) proves that your work was spot on; and I was in ‘touring’ (as opposed to ‘sport’) mode. Beautiful compliance, no step-outs, confidence in braking and cornering, etc.

I have been using the fork and rear shock service that Perry provides for some 4 to 5 years. Not only have I taken forks where parts were not available and he has made bespoke replacements for me, but Modern also. It’s a quick fuss free service and nothing is to much trouble as we share the same passion. I would and do recommend Perry for all your suspension and even modification works; honest with great prices, and very quick.
